As the Director of Revenue Strategy at Big Think Capital, Taylor Michael brings a strong background in sales, leadership, and client relationship development. Over the course of his career in the financial services industry, Taylor advanced from a top-performing Account Executive to a senior sales training role, where he helped design and strengthen a company-wide sales development program. He later moved into sales leadership, spending several years managing and coaching a team of Account Executives while driving strategic growth initiatives.
Taylor’s approach to business development is shaped by his experience on both the production and leadership sides of sales. He is focused on building meaningful client relationships, understanding business needs with depth and clarity, and delivering solutions that support long-term success. His combination of communication skills, coaching experience, and performance-driven mindset makes him a valuable asset to clients and colleagues alike.
Outside of work, Taylor enjoys spending time with his wife and their two children, staying active through working out and hiking, and participating in his kids’ activities. He is also a passionate Philadelphia Eagles and New York Yankees fan and enjoys spending time outdoors with the family dog.
