Nicole Rice is a Client Success Associate at Big Think Capital who brings a strong passion for communication, relationship-building, and client experience to her role. Outside of work, Nicole enjoys staying active through long walks and workout classes, spending quality time with her family and friends, and exploring new places through travel. Her energetic and people-focused personality helps her build meaningful connections both personally and professionally.

Before joining Big Think Capital, Nicole gained valuable experience working as an office assistant at Highway Safety Protection Corp., where she collaborated with multiple departments and developed a broad understanding of business operations. She also worked as a sales assistant for Port Eliot during the High Point Furniture Markets, assisting clients one-on-one, answering questions, and helping strengthen customer relationships that contributed to increased sales and revenue. Through both roles, Nicole developed a deep appreciation for the importance of connection and communication in business, skills she continues to bring to her career at Big Think Capital.
