Mike Uklonsky

Mike Uklonsky is a Funding Manager who brings a strong background in business development, sales leadership, and client relationship management to our team. Since graduating from Penn State in 2019, Mike has built his career helping businesses access the funding they need to grow, moving from hands-on business development to leading teams and managing key client accounts.
Mike is passionate about delivering results and building long-term partnerships, drawing on years of experience in both individual contributor and leadership roles. His ability to combine strategic thinking with a client-first approach makes him an important resource for the businesses he supports.
Outside of work, Mike is the biggest soccer fan you’ll meet and an avid supporter of all Philadelphia sports teams. He loves traveling—having visited 15 countries so far—and enjoys discovering new restaurants and cuisines with his wife. He also spent a semester studying abroad in Florence, Italy, which deepened his appreciation for global culture and new experiences.
