Avery Orofino

As an Operations Manager at Big Think Capital, Avery Orofino plays an important role in keeping processes running smoothly and supporting the team’s day-to-day success. Before joining BTC, she gained valuable experience through a sales operations internship, where she developed a strong foundation in organization, efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration. During college, Avery also had the unique opportunity to work at The Masters Tournament twice, an experience that strengthened her ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-profile environment while delivering exceptional operational support.

Outside of work, Avery enjoys making the most of every opportunity to explore and stay active. She has traveled to more than 10 countries, giving her a love for experiencing new cultures and destinations. When she’s not traveling, you’ll likely find her on the golf course or spending time outdoors. Avery also recently graduated from the University of South Carolina, marking an exciting milestone as she begins her professional career and continues to grow with the Big Think Capital team.
