Dillon Kelly is a Sales Development Representative at Big Think Capital who brings a strong foundation in business, leadership, and relationship-building to the team. A recent graduate of Penn State with a degree in Business Management, Dillon gained valuable experience through internships with Nike and Jordan, where he worked in both product development and sales. His passion for making an impact extends beyond the workplace—he personally raised more than $10,000 for pediatric cancer research and led a student organization that raised over $200,000 for the cause, showcasing his leadership, dedication, and commitment to giving back.

Outside of work, Dillon enjoys living an active and social lifestyle. Whether he’s playing or watching sports, spending time outdoors, or connecting with friends and family, he thrives in environments that keep him engaged and energized.
