Anthony Scarpello

Anthony Scarpello is an IT Associate at Big Think Capital, supporting the firm’s technology infrastructure with a strong foundation in cybersecurity and systems support. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Cybersecurity from the University at Albany in May 2025. Anthony brings a disciplined, solutions-oriented mindset to his role, shaped by rigorous academic training and experience performing in fast-paced, high-expectation environments.
Anthony is driven by continuous learning and a commitment to operational excellence. His approach to problem-solving reflects the same focus and resilience demonstrated through his training for and completion of the Jones Beach Ironman 70.3, an endurance event that requires extensive preparation, attention to detail, and perseverance—qualities he applies to his work in information technology.
Outside of his professional responsibilities, Anthony maintains an active lifestyle through team sports and endurance training. He has played hockey and lacrosse from a young age, enjoys spending time with his pets, and unwinds by playing video games and following emerging technology trends.
